John is an Oil & Gas industry professional with over 17 years of experience where he has managed both large and small construction and engineering projects. While working for a large civil engineering company, he oversaw all construction projects, including developments like The Groves, in the two largest water districts handled by the company. He enjoys the outdoors with hobbies that include fly fishing, standup paddle boarding, and hiking. He and his wife, Cindy, have lived in The Groves since 2015 and enjoy Life in the Woods with their two toddlers.

Ebony is an Organizational Development expert with a career focus and Human Capital (also known as human resources) for well over 20 years. She currently runs own two businesses one focused on helping companies create work environments people want to work and providing individuals with Career Coaching (Culture for Design). The second business is an apparel line that Empowers working Moms to be their unapologetic self while balancing life (Create by Lil Bit).

Ebony moved into The Groves in May 2021 although she has been a resident of Humble for well over a decade. She joined the Board to ensure there was diversity of thought and representation for the community. Ebony has an infinity for process efficiency, moving tasks along and simply stated…getting things done. Since joining as Vice Chair, she has joined the Communications Committee. In her spare time she enjoys being a mother, cooking new dishes and traveling with loved ones.

Anthony has been resident of Harris County MUD 504, aka The Groves since September 2017 and Atascocita since 2010 after transplanting to Texas from Los Angeles to be with his now wife Tunisia. Being passionate about public service Anthony joined the Atascocita Fire Department shortly after moving to Atascocita where he has served as a volunteer fire fighter, emergency management coordinator and pubic information officer. He continues to serve the fire department as a drone pilot and with the emergency operations center. He is also a member of the Harris County Regional Joint Information Center (JIC), the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary and the Houston-Galveston Regional PIO Network. One of Anthony’s favorite pastimes is taking drone videos and photos of our beautiful community.

Kimberly and her family have been residents of the Groves since 2017. She is a professional in the healthcare industry with over 15 years of experience, currently specializing in Hospital Operations. She has also been a real estate professional for 8 years working specifically with property development which is one her hobbies that she enjoys. This passion for property and land development was her inspiration for becoming a Harris County MUD 504 Director. She also enjoys the outdoors, fitness, and spending time with her husband and two children.
