UPDATE (3:34PM):
The boil water notice that was issued on September 10, 2023 for HC 504 has now been lifted.

Boil water notice remains in effect. The next update will be at 6 AM.


UPDATE (5:41PM):
At this time there is no update. Boil water notice remains in effect. The next update will be at 9 pm.


UPDATE (3:00PM):
Full system pressure has been restored as of approximately 12:45 PM. Boil water notice remains in effect until further notice. No additional text messages can be expected until the boil notice is lifted or if water quality or pressure is impacted again. (Note: text messages are only sent to residents who did not opt out.)

The next update will be available online at 6:00 PM on 9/10/23.


UPDATE (10:44AM):
A boil water notice has been issued for Harris County MUD 504 effective immediately due loss of pressure in the system caused by issues at the water plant in Harris County MUD 412. A copy of the notice is attached.

Boil Water Notice for Community Public Water Systems

ORIGINAL:
At approximately 8:00 AM this morning residents of The Grove (HC MUD 504) and HC MUD 412 had experienced low water pressure and/or no water delivery at all. Our operator, Inframark was aware.

A boil notice will be in effect, more details to follow. As soon as more information is available there will be an update posted here.
