The construction of Madera Run Parkway was delayed as several issues with the roadway were evaluated by our Engineer and Harris County. Starting Monday 12/9, construction activities will resume to remove and replace a portion of pavement. In approximately 2-3 weeks, westbound traffic will be transitioned to the new portion of the roadway. Further communication will be issued prior to the new traffic pattern switch.
Once traffic is transitioned, construction will continue as the asphalt transitions are removed and other minor construction items are completed. The completion of Madera Run Parkway is anticipated in January 2025.
We apologize for the delay but look forward to the completion and safe opening of Madera Run Parkway.
